Egyptian biodynamic Association
Overview
Established in 1994, the Egyptian Biodynamic Association (EBDA) is an independent non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting organic and biodynamic agriculture in Egypt. Since its inception, EBDA has collaborated with over 1,500 farmers nationwide, providing comprehensive support throughout the conversion process to sustainable farming practices. Their services encompass consultancy, assistance with national and international certifications, market access facilitation for organic and biodynamic raw materials, awareness-raising events, capacity-building training programs, active networking among stakeholders in the organic sector, dissemination of scientific knowledge, development and distribution of organic inputs, and the facilitation of carbon credit schemes under the "Economy of Love" standard.
