Endeavor
Overview
Endeavor is a global nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City, dedicated to supporting high-impact entrepreneurs in emerging and underserved markets. Founded in 1997 by Linda Rottenberg and Peter Kellner, Endeavor believes that entrepreneurs who dream big, scale rapidly, and give back can transform economies and foster sustainable growth. The organization's model revolves around creating a "Multiplier Effect" by identifying and supporting high-growth founders, providing them with access to a global network of mentors, investors, and peers, and encouraging them to reinvest their success into their local ecosystems . To financially sustain its mission, Endeavor established Endeavor Catalyst, a co-investment fund that supports the same entrepreneurs in its network. This fund has become one of the leading early-stage investors in startups outside the U.S. and China.
