Ettijahat
Overview
Ettijahat-Independent Culture is an independent institution formed by a number of Syrian cultural activists in 2011. Their programmes and projects are based on cultural planning, research, advocacy, networking and cultural management. Ettijahat also provides support to various independent cultural projects, including designing an integrated approaches that emphasize the link between independent cultural and its political, social and economic contexts. In doing so, they hope to positively affect creative and institutional work in the cultural sector and in Syria.
