European Centre for Democracy and Human Rights (ECDHR)
Overview
The European Centre for Democracy and Human Rights (ECDHR) is a non-profit organisation based in Brussels (BE) and registered in Dublin (IR). It was created ECDHR is a Brussels representation of a coalition of three non-governmental organizations, namely Americans for Democracy and Human Rights in Bahrain, Bahrain Centre for Human Rights and Bahrain Institute for Rights and Democracy. ECDHR seeks to promote human rights and democracy in the Gulf region. ECDHR's office in Beirut, Lebanon focuses on independence and neutrality of medical services during armed conflict and civil unrest through the Defenders for Medical Impartiality initiative.
