Family Consulting Center (Wifaq)
Overview
The Family Consulting Center (Wifaq) is a private Qatari institution of public interest established on 2001 by Her Highness Sheikha Moza Bint Nasse. The Center is supervised by the Qatar Foundation for Social Work. Wifaq Center contribute to building and strengthening marriage and family ties, counseling and reducing the negative effects of family disintegration.
Wifaq Center provides Guidance and Counseling Service which aims to support the target groups to help them positively cope with pressures of life and how to deal with them.
It includes the following areas:
- Developmental consultations
- Social consultations.
- Psychological consultations
- Educational consultations.
- Legal advice
- Sharia consultations
