Overview
Since 1950, Father Afif Osseiran gathered wandering minors, minors in conflict with the law, young boys coming from underprivileged environment and problematic families (social cases) and specially youngsters in danger of delinquency. The Foundation is in charge of the rehabilitation of Minors in Conflict with Law in Roomieh's central prison since 2004, also it provides legal follow-ups for youth in need and remains in charge of their socio-professional reintegration after being released from prison in its 4 rehabilitation centers (Beirut, Tripoli, Saida & Akkar).
