Future lights for development Organization (FLDO)


Future light for development organization (FLDO) is non-governmental Egyptian organization working in Egypt , it is registered with number 6189 / 2015 under the supervision of Ministry of Egyptian Social solidarity. FLDO mission is to support & empower community members specially most marginalized groups focusing on child , youth , women allover Egypt in different fields (social- health – economic – education & environment)
The main approaches which adopted by the organization based on : Participatory approach in planning , implementing , monitoring for the projects & initiatives with beneficiaries & target groups , partnership & networking with stakeholders , empowerment & capacity building for marginalizing and resource mobilization.

FLDO NGO have several strength points which enable the NGO to implement projects with good quality & impact such as :-

  • FLDO has got strong relationship with the government officials in the targeted areas
  • FLDO has got cumulative experience in enhance job opportunities for young people to enter the labor market through the fields of vocational training, small project management ,Career guidance , waste recycling , and an experienced team capable of running these interventions.
  • There are strong ties bonding the organization's team with the community people, volunteers and leaders.
  • Strong internal financial and administrative systems of the organization
  • FLDO has substantial experience in the field of micro-credit and micro-loan management since 2006
  • FLDO have strong experience in designing programs for Early childhood development (ECD) to improve EC services in slum areas .
  • FLDO NGO start in establishing Centre of excellence of recycling which will be a hub for all recycling ideas and ,providing technical advice and follow up for individuals and entities in the recycling field Models .
