Overview

GastroKale mission is to reveal and develop our culinary richness, eating and drinking and serving manners with all their characteristics by conducting or having scientific research done; to ensure the promotion of our cuisine in the country and abroad; to provide training in this field and to assist institutions that provide training; to contribute scientifically to the determination of the place and importance of food and drink in healthy human nutrition; to monitor developments in the field of eating and drinking in the country and abroad; to encourage, disseminate and popularize such studies.
