Overview

Human Resource Development (HRD) is a full-service consultancy and training firm located in Ramallah, with a branch office in Hebron. Since 2007,it has delivered first-class consultancy services to a wide range of clients in a multiplicity of specialisms including but not limited to, strategic planning, external evaluation, business and organizational development, setting up monitoring and evaluation systems, qualitative and quantitative research, and the establishment of procedures and policies. HRD focuses on providing services to develop the professional skills and abilities of the Palestinian workforce through offering tailor-made workshops and capacity-building trainings to individuals and organizations.
