Impact Center
Overview
Alathar Center is a Saudi non-profit Company established by five founding institutions with support from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. The center specializes in providing developmental solutions and consultancy to enhance social impact by measuring and managing the outcomes of programs and government policies. It serves as a national center of expertise, offering technical guidance, building capacities, and equipping organizations, government entities, and individuals with tools to maximize developmental impact. Through its services—including evaluations, performance management systems, indicator design, workshops, and knowledge products—Alathar aims to strengthen evidence-based interventions and contribute effectively to achieving the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
