The involas Institute for Vocational Education and Training, Labour Market & Social Policy GmbH is a multidisciplinary organization with over 30 years of experience, working from offices in Germany, Brussels, and Mexico. It specializes in vocational education, labor-market integration, and social policy, partnering with governments, academic institutions, civil society, and the private sector to deliver sustainable, evidence-based programs. Involas is a member of several international quality and diversity networks and collaborates with major development actors such as GIZ, BMZ, OECD, UN agencies, USAID, and the World Bank. Active in more than 80 countries, it implements projects with ministries and training centers worldwide, such as developing market-oriented skills for marginalized youth in Central America and supporting vocational training reforms in Jordan. Through these partnerships, involas strengthens skills systems, promotes social cohesion, and fosters inclusive labor-market participation.
