Overview
Jouri for Research & Consulting works with local and international actors to build stability and prosperity for local communities affected by conflicts in Syria and the MENA region. Jouri came as a response to the mounting needs and complex context of the Syrian conflict. It started by a Syrian development professional and conflict resolution specialist who himself has experienced the conflict and was affected by the war. Since the onset of the conflict, the founder has worked to support international and local actors in research, analysis, programme evaluation and implementation in Syria. Coming from and working for the community we support, they not only have access but also the trust of the communities. Jouri’s team come from a multidisciplinary specialization. Their key expertise is in the areas of research, analysis, and peace building programming.
