Maadi Youth Training Center (MYTC)
Overview
MYTC seeks to enable young people to be placed in jobs by developing their skills and leveraging the private sector for employment opportunities.
MYTC Approach:
- Targets youth of both genders between ages 18-27
- Provides youth with comprehensive soft skills training prior to employment
- Some youth receive further additional technical training prior to employment
- MYTC’s strength comes from its close follow up and monitoring during the selection process, the actual training and employment
