Mada Association
Overview
Mada is a non-partisan, non-sectarian Lebanese NGO which aims at reinforcing the relationship between local communities and their natural environment for the satisfaction of their needs. The core of their activities is implemented in the regions of Akkar and North Lebanon and we are active in 2 main areas: The territorial approach: they contribute to rural development in the North by encouraging agriculture, environmental protection (waste management), education (short-term professional training) and support to entrepreneurship. The Platform: they encourage civil initiatives by providing them technical support to help them develop and reach their full potential.
