Malaak
Overview
Malaak's mission is to educate “Syrian refugees displaced in Lebanon,” by creating a space that is healthy and happy. Malaak is dedicated to ending illiteracy in the camps through education, and innovative programs designed to empower families to achieve self-sufficiency.
Malaak has children in classrooms every day aged between 7-15 years. These classrooms provide a space for the kids to grow and learn. Other classrooms are set up for empowering woman to help in the community. Hence, the result is a fully equipped kitchen that caters to feeding all the kids at the center and in the neighboring settlements, a tailoring room and a pottery room.
