Marwa Fayed`s Toy Run

Overview

MFTR was launched in memory of Marwa Fayed, whose kindness and love for giving led her to start a small initiative in 2010 to collect toys and redistribute them to underprivileged children across Egypt. Marwa Fayed passed away in 2013 and through the power of love, hope and resilience, Marwa Fayed's Toy Run Association was born to turn Marwa's ambitious dream into a full-fledged developmental organization that is focused on improving the lives of children.

Today, MFTR utilizes the power of play to help children lead well-educated, healthy and empowered lives. We create, implement and promote inspiring play-based models that motivate children to thrive and reach their full potential. MFTR also has chapters in more than 6 countries, embodying the very essence of transforming tragedy into triumph.
