MEVKA's mission is to reduce intra-regional development differences by accelerating economic, social and cultural development and to contribute to the national economy by increasing competitiveness; to strengthen cooperation between the public, university, NGO and private sector and to develop a culture of joint action among all stakeholders in the region; to fulfill all its duties and authorities within the framework of plans and programs with a participatory, transparent and strategic approach, taking into account the principles of effectiveness and efficiency.
