Overview
National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NFDHR) is a local non for profit and non-governmental organization that was established in June 2012 to enhance the community participation in service provision, advocate and monitor policies, encourage women and youth participation at local and national levels, and build resilience of societies affected by natural crises or armed conflicts.
NFDHR's mission is to Raise awareness of the importance of investing in education and health, building capacities of youth and women, and enhancing their role and opportunities, Contribute to efforts and actions aimed at eliminating the social and legal obstacles that limit the access of women and youth to decision-making positions, Raise the participation of Yemeni communities that are affected by armed conflict, and Contribute to improving the quality of information and ensuring the availability of development indicators and humanitarian response
