NRCHROD, (NRC Consulting) is a Development, Human Resource & Organizational Development service delivery professional entity which was founded in early 2012. NRC aims to:
- Support NGO-related activities and services for local and international NGOs operating within
- Provide thought leadership, education, and research to media, human resources professionals, governmental and non-governmental organizations, businesses, and academic institutions to share expertise and create innovative solutions to people management and community development issues
- Sustainable Development and HR & OD: as we believe in the power of people to lead their own destinies and generate change. NRC diversify its client portfolio which ranged from local entities to international NGOs to work with the government.
