Overview
The Observatory of Political and Economic Networks (OPEN) is at the forefront of mapping and analyzing the complex networks that drive political and economic dynamics in the Middle East. Our work is crucial in informing international policies aimed at enhancing transparency, accountability, and stability in the region. Obsalytics is a social enterprise incorporated under the Canadian Not-for-profit Corporations Act in 2020. Through its products and services, Obsalytics aims to achieve the following three main goals:
1- Inform the Canadian public, private, and non-profit sectors on sanctioned and politically exposed persons involved in rebuilding war-torn regions,
2- Empower refugees and displaced persons to pursue their rights and access justice in local and universal jurisdictions using data and knowledge,
3- Support political and social change by promoting transparency and accountability of prominent entities across all sectors of society
