Overview
OPTIMENS is based in Lebanon and operates on 3 continents. They provide a variety of consulting and capacity building services, including program development for the public sector. One notable example is the design, development, and implementation of a human-performance optimization project in Georgia. It entailed mapping a public facility's 1300 employees, re-engineering the organizational structure and processes, and effecting necessary national policy reform to align with stakeholders.
