Agricultural Development Association (PARC)

Overview

The Palestinian Agricultural Relief Committees (PARC), also known as the Agricultural Development Association, is a Palestinian national development organization that has been active since 1952. Headquartered in Ramallah, PARC works across the West Bank and Gaza Strip to promote agricultural development, community resilience, and social justice. The organization’s core vision is to support robust rural communities through a sovereign and sustainable agricultural sector, contributing to a free, democratic society grounded in social equity.

PARC’s mission is centered on empowering farmers, marginalized groups, and local community organizations. It does this by helping them manage their natural and economic resources effectively and sustainably. With a strong foundation of professional teams and volunteers, PARC emphasizes transparent governance, technical innovation, and a community-first approach. Over the years, it has grown into a leading national actor in rural development and food sovereignty, with ambitions to expand its influence across the region.
