Pi Youth Association
Overview
Pi Youth Association, established on March 14, 2014, is a Turkish non-governmental organization dedicated to advocating for the rights and addressing the challenges of individuals aged 15 to 30. Recognizing that young people are integral to society both now and in the future, the association focuses on combating age discrimination and tackling issues such as youth unemployment and limited access to education. Operating locally, nationally, and internationally, Pi Youth Association funds its initiatives primarily through grants from the European Union and other international organizations. Its activities center around six key areas: combating the climate crisis and promoting sustainability; advocating for youth rights and participation; encouraging healthy lifestyles among young people and youth workers; empowering youth and those who work with them; promoting volunteerism; and building the capacity of civil society, particularly within youth organizations. The association believes that activating the potential of young individuals today leads to a better present and future.
