Overview
Planbørnefonden works long-term in the world's most fragile and vulnerable areas to give children and young people a better future. They do this both through their sponsorship programs and their program work, which is supported by private foundations and institutional donors. Planbørnefonden works in more than 55 countries to ensure that all children, regardless of gender, have equal opportunities.
They help develop strong civil societies, where children and young people are active agents of change. They influence locally, nationally and globally to create long-term, structural changes, gender equality and sustainable development for the most vulnerable children and young people.
