Overview

Planning and Development Agency (PDA) is a Lebanese nonprofit development and consulting organization working on sustainable development, institutional strengthening, socio-economic development, and regional cooperation. It implements and participates in EU-funded programmes across areas such as youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, education and training, social inclusion, digital innovation, circular economy, agriculture, and environmental sustainability. PDA also provides research, capacity building, project management, and development consulting services across Lebanon and the wider MENA/Mediterranean region.
