Overview
Since the company was founded in 1979, we have planned and realized properties with a construction volume of more than 600 million euros in Germany and Europe. A focus of our project developments is the planning and execution of commercial properties for services, health and retail. Our portfolio also includes extensive construction projects in the areas of mixed-use real estate, shopping malls, office centers, hotels and residential construction.
We support the investor right from the start, especially with regard to project and quality management. From analysis and planning through implementation to handover of the keys and support at least until the warranty expires, we create a trustworthy basis for long-term project success.
