Overview

The business idea of QUASIR relies on the combination of socio-economic research on resource use and the economically feasible application of corresponding analytical approaches in the evaluation of investments and projects. This targets the demand for representative and verifiable quantitative information on the situation of stakeholders and the impacts from decisions, which exceed the analytical potential of qualitative evaluation approaches and case studies.

Current activities focus strongly on water-related programs and value chain development, but linkages to other fields, such as energy, land use, finance and internet technologies are obvious and will certainly lead to the respective broadening of cooperations in the future.
