Overview
RCN Justice & Démocratie is an NGO active in the support of justice. RCN J & D's vision is: “There can be no society without justice”. To serve society and individuals, justice must adapt to social, economic and cultural realities and needs; allow dialogue and the maintenance of social ties; be accessible to all; institute positive standards and practices guaranteeing freedoms and equality before the law; fight against impunity for the most serious crimes and finally respect the principles of the rule of law.
RCN J& D wants to help guarantee respect for the fundamental rights of every person by defending more particularly the right to justice as well as the protection of the rights recognized by international conventions.
