Le Réseau Espace libre de la citoyenneté, la formation et le développement de Mohammedia dit ELCIFODE, is a non-profit association, created on April 25, 2007 to contribute to the development of the local, regional and national associative process; and participates in the creation of the bases and conditions for sustainable development in Morocco through: The contribution to rooting the values and principles of a real, active and influential citizenship in the Casablanca – Settat, a shared future: Building knowledge, Strengthening skills, strengthening legitimacy.
