Right to play

Overview

Right To Play is an international non-profit organization that uses play as a powerful tool to support children’s education, health, and psychosocial well-being. Founded in 2000 by Olympic gold medalist Johann Olav Koss, the organization works in vulnerable and conflict-affected communities to help children develop essential life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and resilience. Through play-based programs delivered in schools and communities, Right To Play promotes inclusion, gender equality, and child protection, helping children overcome the effects of poverty, violence, and displacement while empowering them to reach their full potential.
