Overview
Shareateah Humanitarian Organization (SHO) is an Iraqi National NGO promoting safety & development through mine action and explosive ordnance risk education (EORE), for the benefit of communities affected by armed conflict. Founded in 2016, SHO has organised and executed programs throughout Iraq, including the provinces of Nineveh, Duhok, Kirkuk, Tikrit, Anbar, and Baghdad. It currently has offices in Duhok, Mosul, and Anbar. Shareteah is an independent non-governmental organization & civil society organization, affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and authorized by the NGO Department in Baghdad (1l1708033) & the Kurdistan Region (K3230), Iraq.
