Overview

Tamkeen is a semi-autonomous government agency in Bahrain, established in 2006 to support the country's economic development and reform initiatives. Tamkeen offers assistance at various stages, from pre-startup to scaling mature enterprises, including funding and advisory services. It also finances training programs and professional certifications for job seekers, while promoting entrepreneurship through guidance and financial backing. Additionally, Tamkeen supports Bahraini students with career exposure and has implemented initiatives to improve women's employability through training and grants.
