The Arab Foundation of Young Scientists (AFYS)

Overview

The Arab Foundation of Young Scientists (AFYS) was formally established in 2005 as a beacon of hope and a platform for action, following a recommendation from the World Academy of Young Scientists. From our inception at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina to our official registration in Egypt (No. 760/2014), our unwavering mission has been to amplify the voice of young scientists in critical decision-making processes.

They are a public benefit foundation dedicated to bridging the gap between scientific research and tangible societal impact, transforming innovative ideas into practical projects that serve communities across the Arab world and Africa.
