The Changers is a national non-governmental organization founded in April 2018. Its focus is on empowering youth, women, and vulnerable groups through responsible civic participation, capacity-building programs, and individual and collective projects. The organization values cultural, civilizational, environmental, and natural resources, particularly in underserved areas, with the aim of creating positive change and promoting economic empowerment. The Changers' vision is to change the mindset of youth, empowering them to actively contribute to community development through responsible civic participation. Their mission is to instill hope in Tunisian youth, improve their living conditions, and foster a vision for a better future. They achieve this through training, promoting volunteerism, advocating for individual and collective rights, and focusing on economic and social integration, especially in interior regions and densely populated neighborhoods surrounding major cities.
