Overview
The Palestinian Developmental Women Studies Association (PDWSA) is a feminist, non-governmental organization working to promote women’s rights, gender equality, and social justice in Palestine. Established to address the structural and social challenges facing Palestinian women, the association focuses on combating gender-based violence, empowering women economically and socially, and strengthening women’s participation in decision-making processes. PDWSA combines research, advocacy, community-based services, and capacity building, and works in partnership with local, regional, and international organizations to advance feminist values and support women, particularly those most affected by conflict, poverty, and marginalization.
