Theirworld is a global children’s charity dedicated to ending the global education crisis and unlocking the potential of the next generation. Founded in 2002 by Sarah Brown, the organization began as PiggyBankKids, inspired by the loss of her daughter Jennifer, and initially focused on supporting research into premature births. Over time, Theirworld expanded its mission to ensure that every child has the best start in life, a safe place to learn, and skills for the future.
Theirworld's impact is amplified through its extensive network, including over 2,000 Global Youth Ambassadors from more than 120 countries, who are trained to advocate for educational equity. The organization collaborates with governments, businesses, and NGOs to develop scalable and sustainable education solutions, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 4, which aims for inclusive and equitable quality education for all. Through a combination of research, advocacy, and on-the-ground projects, Theirworld strives to create a world where every child can realize their full potential.
