Overview
Yamaan foundation for Health and Social Development was established in 2009, Yamaan aims to increase the provision of health and social services in Yemen through the design and implementation of quality programs. Their programs deliver life-saving reproductive health information and services, offer family planning counseling and option, train health service providers such as doctors, nurses, midwives and pharmacists to ensure women and children have the best chance of survival during pregnancy and childbirth, hold workshops with religious and community leaders and raise awareness about reproductive health.
Yamaan foundation is a leader in Yemen and the Arab region in social marketing of reproductive health information and products with a mission to improve the lives of Yemenis by providing high quality sexual and reproductive health services through the implementation of our health and social programs.
