Zaituna for Social Development
Overview
Zaituna for Social Development is a non-governmental and non-profit association, based in Lebanon. Zaituna for Social Development mission is to improve the education in Lebanon especially in the camps and the Palestinian communities by preventing the school dropout and reducing the violence against women through advocacy, workshops and seminars, and to provide school assessment and literacy courses. Marginalization (women, children and youth). Moreover, Zaituna for Social Development is providing psycho-social support activities and educational services to children in South Lebanon including refugees and host community. In addition to illiteracy sessions for women and girls and life skills coaching and women empowerment and encouraging youth leadership.
