Zenata Development Company (SAZ)
Overview
Zenata Development Company (SAZ), a subsidiary of the Caisse de Dépôts et de Gestion Group (CDG), is responsible for the overall design and development of the Éco-Cité Zenata, city of all impulses. It is also responsible for the overall coherence of the project, its development and its implementation. Halfway between Casablanca and Rabat, the Eco-Cité Zenata aims to create a new urban centrality able to meet the challenges associated with the emergence of the middle class. In addition to economic development, the Eco-Cité Zenata relies on innovative concepts that combine urbanization with nature and promote social and functional diversity in the service of the current and future community. In short, it was co-designed on the basis of the three pillars of sustainable development: environmental, social and economic.
