The Impact Center is a non-profit organization that was established by four Saudi donor agencies with the support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development. The center works at the national level to build the nation's capacity in the areas of monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment, with the aim of empowering the government's development sector and non-profit organization to make decisions that effectively implement sustainable development goals.
The center is currently working in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, to strengthen the non-profit sector's capacity in the area of monitoring and evaluation. The National Transformation Program aims to develop the necessary infrastructure and create an enabling environment for the public, private and non-profit sectors to achieve the Kingdom’s vision 2030, by focusing on achieving excellence in government performance, supporting digital transformation, and contributing to the development of the sector private sector, developing economic partnerships, promoting community development, and ensuring the sustainability of vital resources.
The vision objectives related to the non-profit sector can be summarized in the following:
