Job Summary:
You will be a vital part of our team, navigating donor agency and development partner websites to identify valuable business opportunities for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. You will classify tenders, grants, and organizational profiles, ensuring DARPE users can easily find and connect with potential partners.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Through extensive online research, you will identify and classify relevant tenders, grants, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Applications (RFAs), and other procurement notices across the MENA region.
- You will actively search for, create, and classify profiles of donors, international organizations, NGOs, and development consulting firms in the MENA region.
- Identify and recommend reliable online resources that share the latest development aid opportunities.
Qualification & Skills
- A university degree in Social Sciences including International Development, Political Science, Sociology, etc.
- 1-3 years of experience in development organizations or development aid-funded projects.
- Intensive online research, internet mining and exploration.
- Quick reading, skimming & comprehension skills in English language.
- Critical thinking and scientific guessing skills
- High attention to details
- Demonstrates flexibility, agility and good spirit of team working skills
