Vision: DARPE’s Purpose is to enhance the competitiveness, effectiveness and thoughtfulness of development aid funded projects in the Middle East and North Africa Countries

Mission: DARPE supports small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations, as well as individual experts, to timely identify relevant tenders and grants opportunities; search and engage with matching potential clients and partners more informatively; showcase their work more impactfully; and win development-aid funded projects more thoughtfully. These, in turn, contributed to increased contracts and grants awards and enhanced levels of revenues
