Overview
The two main goals of regional development cooperation between the Middle East and North Africa are:
1) inclusive and equal societies.
2) sustainable and inclusive economic growth. In particular, the aim is to strengthen the position of women by promoting political participation, economic activity and social influence. From a human rights perspective, Finland also supports the good management of migration and promotes the welfare and protection of migrants and refugees.
