About
Daniel Delati has been working on humanitarian and development program design, implementation, and quality assurance in Lebanon for the last 13 years. In addition, he has 8 years of retail and sales management experience which fostered his managerial, operations, and service experience. In the humanitarian realm he has both program and M&E experience including cross sector experience including local economic development, protection, Education, humanitarian response, youth and women's economic empowerment. With his private sector expertise and skills, he managed program interventions of leading international NGOs in the humanitarian and development sectors. In his career, Daniel has partnered with a large diversity of development organizations, dozens of local government entities, and implemented multi-million-dollar programs contributing to supporting vulnerable communities. He has designed several socio-economic and livelihood programs in protracted humanitarian crises. This diverse experience has given him not only the knowledge but the tools to be able to understand the intricacies and relationships between individual, institutional, and societal development. In addition, he has also led several M&E units in monitoring multi-million portfolios and managed complex and large M&E systems and external evaluations.
He has extensive evaluation Experience and proven track record in conducting evaluations with local and international organizations, and working with local networks, community committees, and leaders on everything from collaborative designing, project implementation, and participatory monitoring in different regions (MENA countries)
