Hanan Sanaaeldin Abdelrahman is a management and HR management professional and lecturer. Hanan is currently enrolled in MSc. in HR Management in Cairo University, has a post graduate diploma in HR management from the American University in Cairo, in addition to a BSc. degree in commerce and business administration from Helwan University.  In the last fifteen years Hanan has been facilitating and composing a variety of HR management, gender discrimination plus management related courses and workshops such as, change management, motivation, performance management, team building, business etiquette, communication, etc. mainly in the American chamber of commerce, the American University in Cairo and other reputable organizations.  Hanan also has over 20 years of practical HR management and business development experience in several multinational and local organizations.  Hanan is particularly passionate about capacity building and empowerment of women especially in male dominant societies.
