More than 28 years of experience in the water and wastewater sector especially in Integrated Water Resources Management, Water and Sanitation (WASH), public health, water governance and rural development,  Urban water utility management, utility organization and management, asset management, corporatization, utility finance, and human resources development and social and economic development; Specific experience and expertise on gender analysis, gender mainstreaming, rural and urban development and Capacity Building of Government staff and target farmer groups, Water User Associations, irrigation system suppliers, government agriculture extension staff, agriculture finance players and community development activities, Community Participation and Development and Gender activities. And also, substantial experience in international waters, quantitative hydrology, on-job capacity building and climate change. Also planning, developing, distributing and optimum use of water resources or water supply and sewerage infrastructure development.
