NO2TA the Feminist Lab

NO2TA is a feminist media and creative collective based in Beirut, Lebanon, founded in 2022 by a group of women working in media, communications, and creative production. It describes itself as a “feminist lab” that produces content, research, and campaigns aimed at challenging gender inequality and patriarchal norms in the MENA region. The organization focuses on shifting social narratives by creating feminist storytelling, digital media content, and knowledge-sharing tools that amplify women’s voices and address social and cultural issues affecting women and marginalized groups.

Beyond media production, NO2TA also engages in training, networking, and advocacy activities, including forums and workshops that bring together content creators and activists to develop feminist digital content and promote social change. It works both as a storytelling platform and as an organization that responds to real-world crises, including humanitarian support initiatives for displaced women and girls in Lebanon, combining advocacy with on-the-ground assistance.
