Work within International Funding Institutions (IFI) financed projects, Privet, governmental and parastatal entities as well as NGO’s and MFI’s for over 22 years: most of which relate to management, economic empowerment, financial management and accounting instruments, corporate governance, conventional and Islamic Micro-finance, development/financing of start-ups and SME’s; access to finance related issues, training relevant activities, institutional development, capacity building, technical assistance, evaluation of the rationale, implementation and achievements of all specific programs.

I have “18 +” years of progressive work related managerial, financial, operational, advisory and capacity building delivery functions. Develop skills and competencies in public/privet sectors, NGOs, MFIs with demonstrated initiative, creativity and success.

Proven experience of designing, leading, and reporting on major assignments including proposal development and writing.

Design and Implementation of innovative training programs that help create a team environment and learning systems to increase productivity.

More than 14 years of work experience in a senior position and international management.
Experience Governmental, Parastatal such as Water and wastewater, Water Recourses and Irrigation, Public Privet Partnership, Agricultural Cooperatives, Electricity companies.
Proven practical experience and track record in evaluations and impact assessment, particularly for NOGs and CSOs.
