Overview

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) is a German development agency that provides services in the field of international development cooperation. The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) is their main commissioning party, but they also work with the private sector, fostering successful interaction between development policy and foreign trade.
