Technical Assistance to the Secretariat of the African Caribbean and Pacific Group of States for the Management of the ACP-EU Programme to strengthen Research and Innovation capacity in ACP countries

The program will contribute to reinforce national and regional Research and Innovation eco-systems through three interlinked components:
1. The Research & Innovation Policy Support Facility;
2. The ACP Innovation Pilots Fund; and,
3. The ACP Research & Innovation Hub.
The Technical Assistance Unit, recruited under the present contract, will support the implementation of the program, specifically, it will be tasked to:
1. Support the ACP Secretariat for the administrative, technical and financial management of the whole program and related grant contracts;
2. Develop and operationalise the ACP Research and Innovation Hub;
3. Establish and operationalise the ACP Research and Innovation Policy Support Facility;
4. Design and implement the program's outreach, communication and visibility strategy;
5. Design and implement the program's Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework
